About our founder, Jérôme Le Carrou
Jérôme has spent over 15 years building and operating in Asia – beginning in Shanghai in 2008.
He has designed and led learning expeditions across the region, working with global organisations, leading universities, and government bodies to bridge markets, cultures, and operating models.
As Asia Coordinator for APM, one of the world’s largest CEO organisations, he has worked closely with C-level executives navigating growth, transformation, and expansion into Asia.
At Learning Expedition, Jérôme brings a deep, ground-level understanding of how Asia operates – designing programmes that expose leaders to real decision-making, systems, and scaling businesses.
