About our founder, Jérôme Le Carrou
Jérôme has spent over 15 years building and operating in Asia – beginning in Shanghai in 2008. He has designed and led expeditions for global organisations, universities, and government bodies.
As Asia Coordinator for APM, one of the largest CEO organisations, he worked alongside C-level executives on growth and expansion into Asia. That ground-level knowledge of the region shapes every programme we build.
