Over four days in Seoul, senior leaders explored how Korea’s retail and beauty industries fuse innovation, design, and culture – gaining practical insight into digital customer experiences, new retail models, and the creative forces driving K-Beauty’s global success.

To understand how digital innovation and evolving consumer habits are reshaping retail and beauty in Korea – and translate those insights into actionable strategies for the group’s own transformation in retail.
